THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR THE LEGACY AND CULTURAL PRESERVATION OF PRINCE ABDULRAHMAN IBRAHIMA IBN SORI (NICPAS)

Our Mission

About Us

The National Institute for the Legacy and Cultural Preservation of Sori, also known as the National Institute for Cultural Preservation & Archives of Sori (NICPAS), serves as the principal governing institute of record for the Sori Dynasty.

NICPAS holds custodial and authoritative responsibility for the preservation, authentication, and continuity of royal lineage, dynastic governance, legal and intellectual heritage, cultural foundations, and historical record across the West and North African regions in which the Sori Dynasty reigned.

As the central authority for dynastic records, protected archives, genealogical documentation, cultural assets, and institutional memory, NICPAS defines and safeguards the authoritative record of the Sori Dynasty, ensuring historical integrity, institutional permanence, and the preservation of dynastic legacy for present and future generations.

NICPAS operates under the governance and cultural framework of The Office of the Royal House of Sori® (TORHOS) and in formal alignment with the Root Nine Foundation and Institute (R9).

Together, these institutions form an integrated structure dedicated to the custodianship, administration, and preservation of  SORI its' dynastic authority, and its cultural patrimony.

Through this mandate, NICPAS affirms its role not merely as a repository, but as the definitive global custodian and governing authority of the Sori Dynasty, charged with maintaining the integrity, continuity, and transmission of its legacy across generations and regions.
